2005-present. Developed my own Hot Stone Massage course. Taught groups a 90 minute Hot Stone Massage Treatment. Trained staff of Lavender Hill Spa, students of Massage Therapy Institute, Davis, CA, and Eastern Holistic Center, Sebastopol, as well as private classes.

 

Thai Massage Teacher
Lavender Hill Spa, 2005-2006 Trained participants in Thai Massage style that is adapted for spa
clients to be done on a massage table. Assisted the Spa owner in implementing a Thai Massage Treatment Program within the spa environment.

 

Self Care for Insomnia Instructor
2010 to present, Developed and curerntly teach classes in a holistic approach to coping with
insomnia. Classes include tools from Herbal Remedies, Yoga, Acupressure, Jin Shin Jyitsu, and Holistic Health Remedies.

 

Currently Developing Self Care for Bodyworker training to help massage therapist avoid injury and create long lasting health while in practice.
